Corruption

Another older piece, this is actually from my AP Portfolio.
Pretty much I got the idea of a conceited person sitting on the top of buildings and having more power than they should. I was pretty much thinking of the government in some aspects, so this s kind of a political piece.
Government tends to be pretty flashy too >.>
Ask questions if you wish, I'm pretty much going in between here and homework.
